Wame Alvin Tafa is an attorney admitted to practice in the High Court of the Republic of Botswana with 7 years’ experience in civil and litigation, with a special focus on insurance law and contract law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Botswana. With more than 5 years’ experience in the field of litigation, Wame conducts his work in the Court of Appeal and High Court. He has handled an array of interesting matters some of which have resulted in the amendment of laws relating to Collective Investment Undertakings.
