Lesedi R. Rammika is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than seven years of post‑graduate legal experience, admitted to practice in the High Court of the Republic of Botswana since March 2018. As Founding Partner of Rammika Tafa & Jallow Attorneys at Law—a boutique, 100% citizen‑owned firm in Gaborone—he has led high‑profile public interest and administrative law cases since January 2022, earning the firm back‑to‑back finalist spots for Specialist Law Firm of the Year at the African Legal Awards in 2023 and 2024 . Under his strategic guidance, the firm has become a go‑to practice for tax disputes, retirement annuity challenges, constitutional reviews, and regulatory compliance matters, securing precedent‑setting rulings that shape Botswana’s public law landscape.

Parallel to his legal practice, Lesedi serves as Director at Hardpro (Pty) Ltd, an award‑winning Botswana ICT company partnered with Dell, IBM, and Huawei. Since August 2023, he has overseen business development and strategic partnerships, contributing to Hardpro’s recognition as Dell SADC Partner of the Year 2023 and Huawei Storage Partner of the Year (Africa) 2024 . Lesedi’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Botswana (2017) and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Taxation from Botswana Accountancy College (2019). He further enhanced his expertise through a Certificate in Short‑Term Insurance from the Insurance Institute of South Africa (2017), a Certificate in Financial Management Fundamentals from Stellenbosch University Business School (2018), and specialized training in risk management frameworks, trial advocacy, and trainer certification with the Law Society of Botswana, NITA, and LSB (2018–2019) .
